These are the terms for using Pitch Two, run by the person operating pitchtwo.co.uk. Pitch Two is not yet a registered company — if that changes, we'll update this page. If anything here is unclear, email hello@pitchtwo.co.uk before you rely on it.
The service
Pitch Two turns your club's own match footage into TV-style coverage — highlights, clips, and an easier way to review a game. It runs inside your web browser, on your own computer. We never see or store your match video: all of the processing happens on your device, not on our servers.
You'll need a reasonably modern computer and an up-to-date browser (Chrome or Edge work best) with a working graphics card — the processing uses your own device's hardware, not ours.
Who it's for
Pitch Two is for UK clubs only while we're starting out. One login is for one club. Please don't share a single login across more than one club — if you need more than one club covered, email us and we'll sort out separate accounts.
Price and billing
Pitch Two costs £12 a month, or £120 a year if you'd rather pay once. Prices are shown and charged in pounds sterling. We are below the UK VAT registration threshold, so no VAT is added — the price you see is the price you pay. Payments are taken by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
New subscriptions get a 14-day free trial — you won't be asked for payment details until it ends.
Cancelling
Cancel any time. You'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for — we don't offer part-period refunds.
Fair use
Pitch Two is priced for a normal club's use — covering your own team's matches. If your use is unusually high compared with a typical club (for example, far more hours of footage than one team would generate), we may ask you to agree a fair-use limit, or move to a plan that fits better. We'll talk to you first rather than cutting you off without warning.
What we ask of you
- Use Pitch Two for your own club's matches, not as a video-processing service you resell to others.
- Only process footage you have the right to use — for example, footage your own club filmed.
- Don't try to break, bypass, or reverse-engineer the product.
- Don't use the product for anything unlawful.
If something goes wrong
We'll do our best to keep Pitch Two available and working, but we can't promise it will always be error-free — a good deal depends on your own browser and hardware, which we don't control. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost revenue or lost opportunities), and our total liability to you for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law — for example, for death, personal injury, or fraud.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. If we make a significant change, we'll email registered customers before it takes effect.
Ending the agreement
We can suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, or if we stop offering the service — in which case we'll give reasonable notice and, where you've paid in advance, refund the unused part.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
